NEUTERING/SPAYING OF ANIMALS

I received several responses about the woman in Smallwood with the numerous cat problem.  One resident has used Spay USA.  This is her response:  Spay U.S.A. is a program of the North Shore Animal League.  Their web site is spayusa.org Their phone number is 1800-248-spay (7729).  The cats have to be ferals or semi-feral to get the funding.  Then they decide on the amount of money to grant that has to get approved by three individuals at North Shore.  I received a letter stating that the money was getting sent to T.A.R.A.  T.A.R.A. worked out fine for the little critters I assisted.  The rabies vaccination along with ears being cleaned, an antibiotic shot and nails trimmed was included.

Alan L. Carr, Jr. and his number is (845) 386-2772.  He is licensed by the N.Y.S. Department of Environmental Conservation.  He has the equipment and skill to capture, remove, etc. animals under the most difficult circumstances.  The service is 24/7.  The cost depends on the situation.

CABIN FEVER? TRY THIS

Okay, get a pencil.  Take the first three digits of your phone number and multiply x 80, add one to the answer.  Multiply times 250, add the last four digits of your phone number twice, subtract 250, divide answer by 2.  Does the answer look familiar?

Example:  (Phone Number 583-4350) 583 x 80 = 46,640 + 1 = 46,641 x 250 = 11,660,250

11,660,250 + 4350 + 4350 =  11,668,950 – 250 = 11,668,700 divided by 2 = What did you get?
